MyBB Community Forums

I am looking for a plugin that will force users to view a pop-up or something of the sorts before they can continue viewing a certain thread(s). Does something like this exist for MyBB?

Wrong forum or no one can help?

People can help, most are just busy. I don't believe anything like this exists, it is possible but I am really busy now, so will not be able to do it any time soon.
