You have to get the URL of the thread, and then put this for the text in the colorful annoucements

Not really sure what you're saying, if everything's bold it sounds like you didn't close a tag somewhere in the page.
With the colorful announcements I think it automatically makes everything bold.
You have to edit the CSS (If it comes with one.)
