I have a rules forum, with two rules threads. The first one I created is more important than the second, and I want it to appear and be clickable on the index page. How can I bump it up without having to reply?

D'oh! I searched for a different term, should have just typed "bump" myself. Thanks. :-)
Unfortunately, this plugin only bumps the thread up in the forum itself but doesn't show any changes in the index, and additionally allows anybody to bump, without any admin-only options—a recipe for disaster!
I can't find any other mods that do the same thing, so I guess I'll just have to manually recreate the threads then.
