Well, I installed the forum to my site through FTP recently, not by upgrading, and when I attempt to click on any options button (Trying to edit a user, or a forum), the drop down menu doesn't come up. I tried with Chrome and IE 8.0. I also had my co-admin attempt to do it, and he couldn't either. (I made him an admin by clicking his name)

I'm trying to just make sure everything is set before I do any major mods, or add all the forums, etc.

Umm, what would I do to fix this?

why is it saying language error ?

Did you change the language settings ?

Does this only happen in your admin panel or also on the drop downs in the forum?

Well, I had my friend reinstall it, and it's working now.
Not quite sure why it wasn't working.
Yes, it happened with the forum itself too, which I didn't notice at first.
