Just wondering how I make a icon for the theme of the forum and a icon for if there are new threads like the pic above?

Replace on.gif, off.gif, and offlock.gif.

No I want two icons, one for the theme and one for the offlock.gif, off.gif and on.gif like the pic.

I think there is a plugin, but you have to pay for it

There are two ways to do it.
One way requires alot of template edits.
The other way requires you buy a subscription at MyBB Central
