i have posted on other forums for help and have got nothing. please help me. I am using the new version 1.4.11 and i am trying to use different themes and none of them are working. They change the colors but you can not see the buttons, icons or logos. I dont know what I am doing wrong.

also how do i move my shout box to the top of the page?
