Just a suggestion, don't give any support to this person, he downloaded a theme from me removed the copyright then added me on msn to talk, making it clear he wasnt putting the copyright back on.
Report him to his host. His site will get taken down.
Very sad if you make themes and they go that low to remove a copyright.
Happened to me twice. First time, some forum on a .tr domain not only removed my copyright, but replaced it with his own name, I did a whois on the domain and sent a C&D to the admin email, the theme changed to an Afresh with the copyright intact. Second time, some Portuguese site removed it, and I had a friend fluent in said language deal with it for me.
I've been ripped a few times.
It's not a fun process, especially when you get the full software level.
