I have question how it is possible that whenever member send new post it goes to administrator and he approved and after that it appear in the post. I would thankful to you if you resolve this issue for me, is there any way to rectify this issue.

For the forum you want this to apply to go:
ACP > Forums & Posts > Select forum > Edit forum settings > Tick Yes, moderate new posts.

The solution Tim gave will make it so Admins and/or Moderators have to approve, not just Admins.

Thanks you very much, I need to same i have Administartor and Moderator for my board who can handle the situation, because we do not want publish with out administrator approve, i'm still working on admin login problem still i'm facing same issue even i changed setting as support team mentioned
