In your FTP client, right click the files and folders and there will be an option to CHMOD or change the permissions.
Or you can do it in you hosts provided FTP.

one more error:
errors are in database and local host.
i send the information of database and database users and pass correctly the local host has error in it's name.
what can i use instead of localhost name?
Ask your host if localhost is the correct hostname or not.
don't accept my local host name and database.
Then check with your host that you're using the correct details, there's no way of us know if they're correct or what you need to use.
Are you sure you are using the full path. I had the issue where I kept on trying to enter host and database and it wasn't working. I then contacted the host and the path they provided was actually much longer for both.
