I have set up my forum to my site at
http://www.tarhelyingyen.co.cc
MyBB 1.4.11 is installed directly indo public_html, so not into forum subfolder or similar. Everything seems fine, up and running. BUT:
When I create a new forum or category there are no forums generated, the links are broken and I got the error page from the webspace provider.
Is it a lack of any setting I can not find?
I really appreciate your kind help for a newbie.

it is because you have search engine frendly URLs turned on, without renaming htaccess.txt to .htaccess I think. Do that or turn off search engine frendly URLs and you should be good. I had this same problem at 000webhost. I would suggest switching hosts to something like
http://www.zemhost.com because 000webhost is awful.

Thanks a lot for your quick response. I already have renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess and SE frendly URL option was really on. So that combination did not work for any reason. Now I disabled SE friendly URLs and its working now.
That's the mistery of 000webhost

Did you even read the thread wethegreenpeople linked to??
Change your cookie domain to .fpsharepoints.com in ./inc/settings.php and then again in the ACP.
