I know this is a simple thing and I did in the past once or twice but I don't remember how to and I been searching the forums for a while now .

Anyway I want to change the index.php to forums.php. I remember editing a single file and renaming the index.php to forums.php and that did the job but I cant figure out which file it is. I know there are a few posts and even a tutorial on it from my memory but I just cant find them.
