Dear Support team

I am facing problem in signing out from the users, I can login but when I click on the sign out button it shows successful logout but again when it refresh the page the same user is there how I can resolve this issue, it is really big matter now 

Try getting your users to press CTRL+F5.

What was wrong with the other thread??
