Touch Themes is open for business! We are a forum for sharing themes for iPhone and iTouches. I would like to say thanks to everyone who has helped me put this together. Here are some cool things I would like to share:

-ThemeShare
One of our best features. It allows anyone to share themes quickly and freely.
Here are some screenshots,

-Theme Section
In addition to ThemeShare, we also have 2 sections for themes. One being our prized picked themes, and another being a Release section. All themes are hosted on us, so you no longer have to deal with dead links, Captchas, or any "Upgrade To Premium For This."

Our theme section is also very organized, we have a section for Lockscreens, Full blown themes, and themes specifically for Apps and Games. We plan to make more sections in the near future. Here are some screenshots,

-Fonts
We also have a font section, i'm not going to get into much detail with this but if you're good at porting fonts for iPhone then this is the section.

There's so much more I could say, but I don't have enough time. Touch Themes is strictly for iPod/iPhone themes. Why not check us out?
Not sure if this is allowed on MyBBoard.
Why wouldn't it be?
As I said not sure but it does promote cracking your iPhone or iTouch to get these themes. But I guess as long as you don't provide or link any software you should be fine.
I think Bob is referring to people breaching Apple licencing agreements by Jail breaking their Apple products to use these themes (I think you have to Jail break them right? I'm not all that familiar with iPods and iPhones).

My take on this is that people would be breaking the Apple licencing agreements but this isn't breaking the law, it is merely breaking an agreement between you and Apple. Provided you are not breaching any copyrights by distributing the themes then I don't think your breaking any rules here.
Yes that's correct Tim, you got to first jailbreak your iPod before you can use these themes. I was not sure what your take on it was but it should be fine as you stated.

But applications that help you to exploit your iPod like jailbreak apps are against the illegal so be sure to not host any or your host will contact you Wink.
You are my host Wink. And jailbreaking isn't illegal. Apple went to the DMCA to to try to make it illegal and it never happened.

Are you sure it's illegal? Breaking a EULA isn't breaking the law, you won't be liable for criminal charges, only civil action for breaking an agreement. I found this which was specifically in relation to Apple, read the bit on End User Licencing agreements http://lowendmac.com/ed/fox/09ff/hackint...ality.html
In some cases though violating an EULA can be breaking the law, for example redistributing or selling software in violation of the EULA might constitute a violation of copyright law. Thats my understanding at least, I'm obviously not a lawyer though.
I guess it's technically legal but just be careful with it because some parts of jailbreaken are legal and others are not. As long as you don't share any Apple OS code or any illegal applications* should be fine. When I was doing some research some argue it's legal because you pay for your iPod and it's your property but Apple is really against it and they are working on getting illegal. I think Apple just wants people to think it's against the law when it's not Toungue.

*Pirated applications and such on.
