Your logo has 1000px width, and your forum has 95% width. So, when you browse your forum with a high resolution, you'll get your logo in center only. It doesn't happen if you browse your forum in a low resolution. So, I think you need to set your forum width to fixed width.

Try to set your container id to 1000px width.
