Great domain name, and nice theme.

The register bar that is at the top of the page blocks off the actual login box. nice theme.

I would suggest this plugin for a welcome guests/please register plugin rather than that silly looking bar. Like Aaron said it blocks the login box.

Depends, if his license agreement states that then yeah it should.
