ok well i made a domain

and when i put it in to change my url it doesnt work? why is this

also how do i put a favicon,make a background and how come my portal isnt working?

Once you register a domain name you cant change it

Make a 16 pixel wide by 16 pixel high favicon and place it in your root directory. Change the name of it to .ico and that should work. Background tiles you can download from any background site

It should be located at your domain .com/portal.php
