Ok so i saw the mod for this but i was wondering, is there a mod that will make it like VB? Such as it will show th message IN there thread and will say deleted and such and i/all staff can restore it from there?

There isn't one that will show that a post has been deleted but to "soft delete" a post you can unapproved it rather than deleting it which is what I have always done on forums I have moderated so it can be restored if need be.

What do you mean later on? If you really want it than you hire a plugin developer otherwise do what Tim said.

I meant maybe it might be in a later version. And i'm not hiring some one...

It's in the current version, called unapproving...

Soft delete does offer a few things over regular delete/unapprove, such as disabling the ability of users and moderators to completely remove a post.
Whether or not this is useful is another thing...

So it MIGHT come out?

This is practically what your asking for, in different terms since unapprove is it.
