When i click a link in my forum, it starts loading after a few seconds, I haven't seen these problem before.
is this MyBB prob or hosting prob?

I would most likely attribute this to overcrowded shared hosting. Contact your host and consider switching.

i got continuous 'Out of memory' errors, so most likely your host's server is overcrowed.

really slow for small forum

Usually .co.cc domains aren't very fast...
