Contact Labrocca, he does custom forum themes for a reasonable price from what I remember, and who better to do that kind of work since HackForums is his baby.

This is the wrong forum to ask this and cloning someone else's design is not something we endorse here. Look at MyBBCentral for one of labrocca's other themes that is similar.
