Funny thing is that the government way over calculated the death toll, they estimated 800-900 deaths for the main earthquake but only found 250 deaths so far. I guess the biggest damage are the buildings and such.

dude there are places that there are still not connections, at the south of chile, there are so much caos
only army and red cross and supplies arrived
reconstruction have not started yet
neither the statistics
it's quite hard to found all the dead bodies when a 20 meters wave takes everything with him
