Got this error:

Can not upload file - Too large for php post_max_size directive. Please press the back button.

When trying to upload a 2-3 minute video in .wmv format.

Any ideas how to fix?

It's too big for the post_max_size directive, as it says, you'll need to ask your host to raise it.
