Hello

I'm looking for a plugin which do not allow new bies to post url in their post unless they have certain number of posts and give some kind of message like

"Sorry you cant post URL's until you have made 5 posts"

Please help someone

No, im not subscribed..these websites ask for paypal payment and paypal is not available in pakistan Sad

I thought there was a free version somewhere called "No Links"...but cannot find it.
