That's my site and it's using a plugin I wrote called Tabbed Menu. It's available at MybbCentral.com but only to paid subscribers of the site. It's 10 to upgrade and you get access to all plugins and themes there.

Yes apparently. You're trying to clone it. You have like 5 threads asking how to get the same features. Your best bet is MyBB Central since I only use my own plugins at HF.

Its better to see ur post than buy n account @ mybbcentral !

To be fair a MyBBcentral membership also give you access to dozens of other high quality plugins and themes but if that tutorial will do what you want then you might as well use it.
