My speed is really slow..so are there any tips to improve it ?

Depends on why it's slow. If it's the host at fault there's nothing you can do besides going to a better host. If it's because of large images, you can make sure the clients cache those images, or use smaller ones. Etc...
Generally MyBB is relatively quick so chances are the problem lies with overcrowded shared hosting. If its not already enabling gzip compression should help a bit.

how many post/threads/member do you have?
Why would you need to speed it up if you have no members?
So it's slow even though you have absolutely no content?? Sounds like you're being hosted on a USB stick or something then... a very crowded host.
try install to your local computer with Xamp or Wamp
