Looks alright so far, could be improved even more by for example having a box pop up when adding a new image or something like that but make it a JS/AJAX box and not a window message box please .

No just simple tag editor. Basically he added some buttons that when you press it generates the tag for you in the textarea.

mm you can integrate wysywyc in this editor?
