How to i create a backup so that i can transfer everything to another hosting..

Where are the backupp options ?

ACP > Tools & Maintenance > Database Backups. I'm sure you'd have found them if you'd just looked through the ACP You'll also need to download your files via FTP.

I get this error "The zlib library for PHP is not enabled"

I was asked to create GZIP Compression !

You'll have to use plain text then.

If your forum is small you can use the plain text.
The gzip only reduces the size of the plain text file.
