Is it because you have it set to ignore your usergroup? Smile

I dont know how would i check?
Its set to ignore group 4 but it ignored the test account which is a registered user

And is it set to ignore group 2 as well?? What's the time to merge set to?? Is it even enabled??

No its just set to ignore group 4 and the merge time is 60 mins becuase im not sure what to put.
