Just tick "Ignore Version Compatibility" when importing.
But then all the Pictures and all that are not coming properly !
And how do i upload the templates ?

Templates are written to the database when you import a theme.
You need to upload the theme image folder to root/images/ via ftp.

You need to upload the theme in the ACP for it to be able to be viewd on the forum.

If there's no images either you haven't uploaded them or there's a configuration issue.

If you actually look at that you'll see that it's a Wiki page on importing theme, which you do in the ACP, and then people can use them.

If you provide us a link to your board with one of the themes which isn't working activated we can probably tell you where the images need to be.
