What does the Akismet system define as spam?

Almosts everything most people I know do not use this, I recommend looking in the mods database for a different spam protector

False positives happen, thinks something's spam when it's not. Happens with Akismet for WordPress too. False negatives happen as well, sometimes it will let spam through. Advice is to only use Akismet is you are actually getting hit by spam, not to prevent it starting.

Well, it does, but it's not worth the risk of false positives causing bans if there's not much spam to begin with to actually stop. Active moderators are more efficient.
