I was wondering how to change the hover link,

And the colour from blue to orange !

If you want to change only the navigations link: ACP -> Templates & style -> Your theme -> global.css -> .navigation a:hover -> change the colour
If you want to change all the links: global.css -> a:hover -> change the colour
