I have another admin on my forum and he has access to everything (i think) If he was to edit my profile i am uid=1 he is uid=2 so say he edited my permissions or changed my group to registered would it revoke my permissions?

I think so. If you don't trust him, don't admin him.

He shouldn't be able to change you as you should be a 'super-admin'. They are defined within the inc/config.php file. As long as you are a super admin other admins won't be able to edit you.

How do i find out if im the super admin?

By default if you are UID 1 then you will be the super admin.
