Full Version: Announcement popup that you have to click ok to continue

I thought I had seen a plugin that was a pop up announcement that user's would see that they had to Acknowledge before continuing on in the forums. Either I don't see it here or I just mistook that there was one I saw. Does anyone know of such a plugin?
