Just add /install to the end of your address and fill out the information.

Instead of displaying this error, MyBB should just redirect to the installer, or at least say "Please visit /install to install your board".

I was follow your instruction and remove same code from "db_mysql" & "db_mysqli" but same problem. Please help me again.

You only need to do those edits if your host has MySQL 4.0, is that what they're supplying you with??

I recommend you read through the Documentation folder that came with MyBB as everything you've asked is clearly explained for you in there.
