How to change size font ?

is very small

You've to edit in the global.css the .trow2 class (change the color)
ACP -> Templates & style -> your theme -> global.css

i dont want to change color, i need to change size of word in all my forum.

ops sorry, I was confused
Change the font-size (I suggest 12px)

Go in the postbit_classic and find

<td class="trow1" valign="top">

Replace with

<td class="trow1" valign="top" style="font-size: 12px">

this postbit_classic is in template ? or themes ?

Just add font-size: 13px; to the .trow1 or if you want it for the whole forum part to .tborder.
