These 8, 3 mods are some new mods that I'm trying to get working.

First Mod Problem - Downloads Manager
This mod is not working for me, it gives me some errors like:

/admin/modules/dlmngr/addnew.php (line)83 unlink
/admin/index.php (line)380 require

Fourth Mod Problem - Notepad in UCP
This mod hasn't seemed to put the notepad in the UCP.

Eighth Mod Problem - Ajax Chat
This mod doesn't install right or something because I get this error.

Online Today - Can't by looking at currently online then clicking: Who was online today?

Also, make sure you have your plugins installed correctly.

I have done the installations a few times, I have even had a friend do it who owns a forum that has a few of the ones I'm doing, and he could not get them to work.
Also, I'm hosting under him, so anything he can do, I should be able to do as well if that matters.
