Is there a plugin where you can give a specific rank image to a certain user? without post counts?
What do you mean? You can set a rank image for a usergroup and put that user in that group.
Like a special rank for phpBB.
Like a rank that doesn't require posting.

You can put a text rank or an image rank as you like...
Or, create a usergroup and set the user into it... Set a group image for that group.
It's free, and it's what you want.
And no, that does not require posts.
