if so, then u have the reputation system, and the user ranking in the profile

I mean user ranks...Just like that : administrator, moderator - pics.

this is a group image, u can set it for each group from Admin CP > Users & Groups > Manage groups > edit

and you can find there Group image, you may enter the URL of that image u want.

I know how to add this, but can i get this forum ranks PSD file?

Well they are available for translators. u may contact madmax as he's the one who prepared psds for them, i dont know if i can distibute them
