I just noticed on one of our threads (that show ups on the portal.php) we made it so it shouldn't parse smilies ( Disable Smilies: disable smilies from showing in this post.) but on portal.php it does. is this a bug or just something on our server

This happens for me as well on a vanilla install so it sounds like a bug, post it here: http://dev.mybboard.net/projects/mybb/issues
