I recently converted my phpbb3 forum to MyBB and was wondering if i would be ok to delete all the phpbb3 tables from the DB now or do you still need to keep them? or just keep some of them?

If you already converted you can delete the phpbb3 tables.

Keeping a backup however is a good practice

Backup just in case and delete them. There should be no use for them after that.

yes you can delete them if mybb is working ok you only need to keep them if you want to move back to phpbb we now u want do that so just delte the back up as well

it is OK to delete all the phpbb tables if you converted successfully to myBB

I also prefer MyBB.It's like a lite, but still very good,version of vBulletin.I honestly can't stand any way of handling skinning other than he way those two do it.If you can downgrade to phpBB 2 you can convert.Other alternatives are from phpBB 3 to SMF to phpBB 2.
