I believe that is a 1.2 theme, therefore it doesn't work. And the update would probably be quite easy I guess. You just need to copy some CSS and templates.

Look at the date the thread was posted, 05-17-2007.
1.4 was released on 3 of August 2008, so it's clearly a 1.2 theme.
I guess I could try it. But I'm too lazy to start it.
May I suggest waiting for 1.6, and then updating the theme? So we don't have to update it twice? For 1.6 there won't be as much changes as in 1.2-1.4. You could just use a simple theme with some fresh colours meanwhile.
