Of course, some big VPS providers claim Guaranteed CPU, but when you open a ticket to complain about slowness they say "we need to check if another account is abusing the CPU".

Gotta' love an honest guarantee.

Yeah, that's the main reason most people get a dedicated server these days is because of the dedicated CPU. It's always the main reason I ever have to upgrade. The CPU load maxes out before I even get close to my maximum RAM, Disk Space, or Bandwidth.
