A lot of Deleted Threads that we need have gone, anyway to get them back without a BackUp?

Not really. If Google indexed them at some point you may be able to find them in the Google Cache and copy&paste from there.

Ask your host if they took a backup. If not then there is nothing you can do to my knowledge.
Also check the ./admin/backups directory for backups.
