You can make it harder for people to read/understand your code by removing newlines and whitespace though. I've also seen sites that are entirely rendered using 'encrypted' JS. A simple sort of "<" in HTML would become "a" in JS and then reversed when viewing the page. Of course this relies on the person having JS enabled and the processing power of the users' computer since the page has to be constructed letter by letter and then viewed.
Another way is to disable right clicking, usually used to stop people saving images. But people can always go to view->source to get it.

It's not possible. There's nothing to hide from your users anyway.
