Edit the correct values to settings.php, clear your browser cookies, login, change the settings again in the ACP.

I don't have a setting.php in the MyBB root directory

It's in the inc folder, as explained in the thread polarbear linked to.

Where does it say his domain is johkyles.toxichosting.com/forums?

Well it doesn't now because he changed the settings.
