Hey guys, I am trying to make a toolbar (another header) that is only viewable to certain groups. Can anyone tell me how please?

Use the "header_welcomeblock_..." set of templates I think. Or you could try making two themes and editing the 'Allowed User Groups' option. I think.

I made the header_welcomeblock template but I couldn't figure out how to allow a group to view it.

I guess I didn't make myself clear enough.

There should already be preset template sets called "header_welcomeblock_guest"; "header_welcomeblock_member"; "header_welcomeblock_member_admin" and "header_welcomeblock_member_moderator".

A guest can see the guest one, a member can see the member one and etc etc. These should be already on in your templates under header.

My bad. Still, did you try doing the 'Allowed User Groups' using two different themes thing? That might work...
