Is their anyway to remove the user-reputation on the forums? it would be very nice without it... But can't find the option anywhere.

pls go to
Admin Cp >tempaltes > modify/delete > expand > post bit templates > postbit
and delete

$post[replink]

Same for the usercp template find $reputation
