I need a free file manager script/joomla/drupal module that will allow users to submit files with preview image/descriptions etc,
Anyone know of one?.

Not of the top of my head but if you can't find one for joomla and drupal I would be shocked. But, I'm not going to search though 100s of modules when you can do it yourself.
