You have illegal content on forum, so we can't support you here.

I have not seen that, and have seen disclaimers attempting to cover the legal issues. Reposting what I had originally said (I'm not staff anyway, so this probably doesn't matter)

I loaded and reloaded repeatedly, but I did not recreate this. Of course, I'm running it as a guest so anything that gets called when logged in wouldn't show up for me.

At any rate, it's saying that you have an undefined function named define() in your index.php file. Ironic really...undefined define function. Almost sounds like something someone would do as a joke...

You could try backing up the current index.php file and then uploading a copy from a fresh install. I say back up the old one because, basically, I'm no expert here and I don't know if something might have modified it. If you have a backup, you can always but that file back. Of course, feel free to wait around for someone more experienced if you prefer. Smile
If it's saying that define() is undefined there's a very weird error with your host. Having define() not defined is like having an error saying echo isn't defined. Things are defined whether you're logged in or not though, and those two URLs you posted would be loading the same page.

I have, no illegal content. The only thing we have that comes close to illegal content is Ringtones (only the ones that are made out of music) and we already put on them that you can't download them without owning the original song.

Yea, I kinda knew that they would be the same (penhacks.net and penhaacks.net/index) but it seemed like it came up less often when I used it without /index

So, this is a host problem?

I will try ladyunicornejg's idea and see if it helps.
