Having the same URL for different pages is a dumb idea.
Yup. But there isn't really any different content that differs to be honest.
I would just try using tabs, they're relatively easy to implement.

It most certainly can. Google has no problems indexing the regular dynamic urls of default MyBB. If you start fooling around with them and htaccess you can very well damage permanently your rankings. You can be delisted completely.

Its not listed on google yet, it shows the old site, and its not for a forum, its a website.
And that changes things how? So never getting listed or being delisted has the same effect. You're not in Google.
The site old domain was on google top result for what it is, and it has no meta tags or anything. Two pages currently show up on google. The page that does show up now isn't included in the new site as something we want to advertise. In other words, SEO is not a priority.

And if that's true then why care about the url? The ajax illusion appears very silly considering most users won't understand that anyways.
