I use Mybb 1.4.11 new install (Not updated)

Me as guest can see all threads. I do not have that problem.

Guests not show 20 Threads

To me is fine, did you tryed your self to see how much threads are showed?

Can you list your plugins, I have seen this happen on a few boards and I suspect there is a plugin doing this.

This same thing happens for me on DAMINK's ftw forum. Try deactivating the thread redirect plugin to see if it fixes it.

I Try Deactivate ThreadRedirect Plugin and Uninstall. But Remains a problem

I didn't say to uninstall, now you've lost your plugin settings. I'm not sure what the problem is then.
